It was fun hearing a clip from your first episode. It jogged my memory, and I realized I’ve been listening to your podcasts from the start! I recall that episode where you admitted you hadn’t achieved everything on your timeline and were open to reevaluating and resetting your goals.
That year, I had intended to publish my first cozy mystery, but it wasn’t until yesterday that I finally released it. Talk about resetting goals, right? But I realized I wanted to work on my craft before making my public debut.
I totally agree with what one of your listeners mentioned about enjoying your end-of-episode reflections almost more than any other part. I love hearing your reactions to your guests and thoughts on the conversation.
We’ve never met, but I’m pretty sure Julie Strauss hit the nail on the head when she said you’re just as kind and caring in person as you come across on Stark Reflections. I think of you as the good guy of self-publishing, and I turn to your podcast whenever I need some inspiration, especially when I’m overwhelmed by the whole self-publishing process.
Thanks for all 300 episodes of your generous sharing!
